Tom Ka is one of the most famous dishes in Thai cuisine. This creamy, sour-tart coconut soup has its origins in Thailand and Laos and literally means coconut milk (Tom) Galanga (Kha) soup. It is often supplemented with chicken (Kai), which gives you a Tom Kha Kai soup. This Lobo Tom Ka Soup Paste contains galanga root, lemongrass, soybean oil and herbs and is very easy to prepare by adding coconut milk and water. This full soup can be supplemented with chicken meat, mushrooms or seafood and finally season with some fish sauce. With 1 packet of Lobo Tom Ka Pasta you prepare 4 servings. Kin ahaan arroy kab!
