1 can (+ 1- 400 gr.) Young jackfruit / jackfruit, 150 gr. green beans, 1 can (200 gr.) sliced bamboo sprouts, 1 green pepper, 200 ml coconut milk, 1 stock cube.
per 100 g spice mix: Dice the jackfruit, break the green beans into pieces, chop the pepper and drain the bamboo sprouts in a colander. Bring approx. 800 ml water with stock cube and 200 ml coconut milk to the boil. Add vegetables and spice mix. Bring to the boil again while stirring and simmer until tender. Add salt to taste
