Steamed Cake Cupcakes
Kue Mangkok is a fat and healthy alternative to the cake as we know him. Have you never tried a steam cake? Then we invite you to try it out. You can add your own aroma to make your own taste.
Tip
If you do not wish to use fermented cassava, reduce water by 25 ml, so use only 375 ml of water.
Use a large steam hole (kukusan) for best results. From 1 pack of Kue Mangkok powder you can make 30 large or 45 small steam cakes.
Driving mode
1. Put the steam pan on high fire.
2. Mix the crushed fermented cassava with 400 ml of water well and filter it.
3. Meanwhile, mix the Kue Mangkok powder with the instant yeast.
4. Add the cassava mixture, mix well, then filter again.
5. Put the belsag into bowls, fill them to almost full (The batter must be steamed immediately. If you leave the batter for a while, the biscuits will not rise to the maximum).
6. Steam them for 15 minutes, do not cover the pan while steaming.
7. Remove the bowls from the steam pan when they are cooked. Let them cool down. Remove the biscuits from the bowls. Ready to serve.
