Mee Chun Soy Sauce
Mee Chun’s soy sauce belongs to the group of dark soy sauce. Dark Soy Sauce is made from soybeans fermented with wheat flour, water, sugar, and salt. It’s longer than light soy sauce, plus caramel is added, making it a thick, dark, and almost syrupy sauce. It is much less salty than light soy sauce.
