Description
Nam represents one of Thailand’s oldest meat fermentation technologies. For nam, pork is finely chopped and mixed with rind, chili peppers and Lobo Nam Powder Spice Mix. Then the mixture is wrapped in banana leaves or in plastic bags in the shape of sausages. Your nam is ready for use and can be stored within 24 hours. Serve this food as a snack with ginger, peanuts or with vegetables cut into strips.
