Holy basil (Holy Basil) is originally from India but is best known from Thai cuisine. Traditionally, this spice paste is added to Pad Krao, a Thai dish made from (chicken) minced meat (Kai Pad Krapau). The Lobo Holy Basil spice paste is quite sharp and the taste is somewhat reminiscent of cloves. This spice paste consists of a balanced composition of basil leaves, chili pepper, onions and garlic. This spice mix contains no artificial additives. One bag is sufficient for 2 servings. Serve the Kai Pad Krapau with delicious fragrant Jasmine rice and fry a fried egg over it.
