Description
Necessities:
500 gr. ketan (glutinous rice), 500 gr. ground beef or chicken, plastic wrap, 600 ml coconut milk.
Preparation method:
per 100 g spice mix boil the ketan just like rice, but add 400 ml coconut milk to the cooking water. Let the ketan cool down first. In the meantime, fry the minced meat in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the spice mix, 200ml coconut milk and salt to taste and let everything cook while stirring. Let the mince mixture cool down first. Then roll on a square piece of foil, the lempers, by wrapping the ketan with the minced meat as a filling in the plastic foil spice mix for preparing a chicken dish with rice
