Necessities:
To be used as a sauce with Babi Pangang (grilled pork rubbed with babi Pangang herbs), or with other meat from the barbecue
Preparation method:
per 100 gr spice mix: mix the Babi Pangang mix with 2 tablespoons margarine and some boiled water (100ml to 200ml) to make a sauce. Serve over the grilled meat.
