Necessities:
1 chicken, 3 purut leaves, sweet soy sauce.
Preparation method:
per 100 g spice mix: divide the chicken into pieces and fry it in 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the spice mix and stir. Add 400ml water, a dash of sweet soy sauce and the puroet leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and, stirring occasionally, let the chicken simmer until tender. Salt to taste spice mix for preparing a chicken dish
