INGREDIENTS
Paste 60%:
70% wheat flour (wheat gluten, wheat flour, alpha amylase, xylanase, ascorbic acid), water, sugar, yeast.
Garnish 40%:
Lacquered pork 75% [98% pork, 2% mixture: natural cane sugar, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, spices, coloring: E129 (allura red AC)], black mushroom sauce, starch corn, oyster sauce, salt, vinegar, rapeseed oil, “Hoisin” sauce, sugar.
