Description
Kaktugi (or Kkakdugi) is a Korean vegetable kimchi dish made using diced radish. Korean radish is used in place of the traditional napa cabbage in this dish. Kaktugi is a very popular side dish used by Korean in accompaniment with many of their traditional main course dishes. Apart from cut radish cubes and young radish leaves, starch, red pepper powder, garlic and many other ingredients are used to prepare this Kaktugi kimchi dish.
