Ching Poo Luong is a famous cold, sweet soup in Cantonese and Vietnamese cuisine. It is prepared with various ingredients such as glutinous rice, lotus seed, dried longan, adlay, red beans and oat bells. Due to the large quantities of ingredients, the term ‘soup’ is used because it requires a spoon to be consumed.
