Serving Tip:
Cut Pork into cubes and blanch, place sport and eggs in pot and add the braising sauce and water. Cook over a low heat and skim all foam to clarify the stock. Continue to simmer for about 45 minutes. Serve with steamed rice, fresh cucumber/tomato or pickled vegetables.
